    So then how do we make money, you may ask.  It's rather simple.  We work with Real Estate Agents Nationwide who have agreed to our Referral Program.  The best thing is that ANY Realtor can be one of our referral partners, so if you have a Realtor you like to use, make sure you tell us!

    It starts with you contacting us with your interest.  We then set you up with one of our Realtors (or sign yours up).  We have several Clients who currently are looking for Lease Options right now, but just can't find the home they like being offered.  These people are not bad people.  We have spoken to hundreds of Buyers who couldn't purchase a home the conventional, or "conforming", way due to not being able to prove their income because they were self employed, but they make a lot of money and can afford the payments.  Some people have lost, or are loosing their home to foreclosure because their payment went from $2300 a month to $2900 because the adjustable rate rose 3%.  $600 extra a month is hard to continue to do if you can't refinance due to your home only worth what you paid, or worse, less then what you paid.  These and so many other valid reasons are what we hear from our Clients.
