Requirements

1. You must show proof and be willing to put a minimum of $5000 down. (This is to prevent time taken from other Platinum Members who are using our exclusive Real Estate Agents.)
2. You must pass a background check.
3. Your employment and income must be verifiable. (We have several ways to do this, even if you are self employed.)
4. Your rental or mortgage history must be verifiable. (If you are joining Lease Option Group™ after a Foreclosure or BK, it does not automatically disqualify you. Lease Option Group™ ’s Platinum Investors understand that Adjustable Rate Mortgages are causing homeowners to loose their home. Each decision is case by case and our investors make the final decision.)
5. You must be willing and able to make the monthly payments. (Being able to Lease Option the home of your Choice is great, but you also pay more to get what you want. This is because our Investors are financing the home and their payment will be higher then a normal Owner Occupied Purchase. They are also putting down a large down payment to get you into the house you want. Payments range between .75% and 1% of the purchase price. This payment will also be determined by how much you put down. The more money put down, the lower the payment.)
6. You agree to find a home within the investors' guidelines.  (Most Investors are not going to purchase a home in the worst part of the city or a mobile home on 20 acres in the country.  Each Investor has his or her own preferences on the area and type of home they will purchase on your behalf.  If you would like more info on what homes are acceptable, complete the form below and someone will contact you regarding you're specific area.  Though this is a limitation, it is to protect the investor as well as position you to obtain the end goal of home ownership.)
