Why Lease Option?

Does your site only market Lease Options?

    No, we also market Rent to Own, Owner Carries, Owner Financing, Sub Lease Option, Lease Purchase, and Lease to Own.  Pretty much any alternative form of selling a home that doesn't require bank qualifying.  Some of these are the same, just worded differently.  We suggest you speak with a CPA and an Attorney on the best form of selling for you.

Where does Lease Option Group™ market?

    Lease Option Group™ markets your posted home on several syndicated websites including Zillow, Trulia, Google, Yahoo, Oodle, CityCribs, House.com and Vast to name a few.  We also post your home on craigslist every other day to get you the exposure you deserve.  As we progress, we will be linking with other companies in the future!  In addition, Lease Option Group™ markets our site all over the internet to get more traffic for all our posted homes, including a Yahoo Groups Message Board.  Sign up!

How many people come to your site?

    Being that this is a new website, we are working hard to get more and more buyers to our site, as well as contacting them with there is a new post.  We also have a Yahoo Groups Message Board that continues to grow.  Our services will continue to grow as well.  As of 10 days since we started, we receive 200 new visitors a day from the local markets that we have homes posted in.  This is due to niche and regional marketing efforts done on your homes location!  The more homes we have, the more traffic, etc.  At this time we have 25 homes posted and are looking to get this number to over 1000 within 2 months.

How do I submit my home(s)?

    There are a couple of ways, if you are a Realtor, please go to our Realtor Program page.  If you are a homeowner, or an investor, you can choose from three options on our Sell Your Home Page.  In either case, you will be directed from those pages once you make your order to the Order Form page.  Here you will complete as much information as possible to help buyers become more interested in your home.  Please include you preferred Lease Option Terms.  If you are unaware of what these should be, feel free to ask us and we will give you an opinion based on your property and location, as well as your current payments.  After you've submitted the form, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on sending us pictures to post for your home.  Please do this ASAP so that we can also market your home on all the other sites as well.  If you have any questions on how to use Lease Options or what forms to use, you can also post your question on our Lease Option Yahoo Groups Message Board for other investors and experts to answer.

Where can I get forms for Lease Option?

    We currently do not offer forms, however, there are many different sites that offer different types of forms.  Your lawyer should also be able to refer you to a good source depending on your preferred sale method.  You can also find forms at your local office supply store like Office Depot, Office Max, or Staples.

Are there any programs or materials that will help me be successful using Lease Option?

    YES!  There are many programs, tools, books and courses that you can find online, at stores, or on this website.  We have partnered up with some of the best instructors and course suppliers to offer you an advantage.  If you wish to see these, please check our our Resources Page.

What is the Platinum Program?

    Our Platinum Program is for Investors who want to build their portfolio with Ready, TurnKey investments.  We have several people come to our site who have $5,000 - $50,000 to put down on a Lease Option, Rent to Own, or Owner Financed Home.  Depending on our investors requirements on location and terms, they are referred these clients so that they may choose their own home and lease option it back to the investor.  This is a great program in that your lessee is more likely to purchase the home that they can choose.  For more information, please read our Investors Page.
