    The idea of Lease Option Group™ and Owner Finance Group™ was created in the summer of 2006 due to the inability to get our clients mortgages. We believed in the long term and wanted to work with Realtors to help them create homeowners by placing buyers who were denied financing for one reason or another into a home via Lease Option or Owner Finance. At the time, the Sub-Prime Market was disappearing and banks were closing causing a collapse in the financial markets and making buying a home almost impossible. Our vision was to assist our buyers along the way and educate them on what they needed to do to get the financing in place and be approved to buy or refinance their Lease Option or Owner Contract.

    In Late 2008, after a couple years of research, testing, and modifying, Lease Option Group™ was better then ever offering the best website that showcased homes on the market that offered Lease Option and/or Owner Financing Terms. Months later, in February 2009, Lease Option Group™ was featured in their Pilot City and State Newspaper, “The Oregonian” as a wonderful way to buy a home when the Lender says No! The client of ours that was also featured was referred to us by the District Attorney General after they were victim to a scam from a Lease Option Company unlike ours. We were amazed at the courage of these buyers going through this again and grateful that even the district attorney general knew about our safe practices and our passion to make sure they would be protected this time around. Today we get several buyers that have lost a home that they lease optioned because the seller pocketed the money. We make sure that never happens and is just one of our many protections!

    We always knew that other companies and service providers would be able to assist our buyers and sellers including Property Management, Credit Restoration, as well as several others, and over the last year we’ve concentrated on finding the best services to compliment our company as well as providing an amazing low cost service to our clients. Currently we offer the best credit restoration we could find on the planet and we are sincere in saying that this is the best company around that we have seen in over 10 years of working in Real Estate. Credit Restoration may not be needed by some, but most people in this economy have some credit related negative marks, even if they are paid off, that can be deleted off the credit reports and making your score higher. There is nothing better then getting all the negative items off your credit report and being able to buy a home in months when you thought it may take years.
